The credit bureau has to  be able to provide adderquite proff to you that the charges are valid.

The credit bereau does this by contacting the company that listed the bad debt on your credit file. If the information is invalid the credit company will remove the information from your credit report. Once the information has been removed you may want to contact the lending company you are affiliated with so that they can update your files. This can make a huge difference in the ammount of money they will be willing to loan as well as the interest rate on the loan.
